Well I don't know if the offer still exists, but this is a method you can use to get any special offers like this and such.
1. Log into one of your spare accounts that you haven't been on in over a month, or create a new account.
2. If an offer pops up, STAY ON THE PAGE! If there is no offer, you are out of luck.
3. Open a NEW TAB, but keep the tab with the offer open.
4. In the new tab, log into stardoll on your main account, or whichever account you want the offer on.
5. In the first tab (the one with the offer) enter whatever is needed.
6. When you are done with payment and hit go back to stardoll, You will notice that the offer was completed on your main account!
Cool Tip: This is how you could've gotten the message LE aswell!

In Germany the offer costs 2,99 euro for 1 month and 100 stardollars
I wouldn't mind risking it for €1, but mine are all showing up €2.50 for 1 month D:

It does exist! I used to pay with that method. But it isn't 1 dollar is 1 euro. But its quite the same thing.
