If you're not from the UK but from somewhere else in the world , you will need to use a web proxy:

 After you open the proxy go on to stardoll. Log in to your stardoll accountant.

Now paste this into the proxy url;

If you join the club and you live in the UK you will get the guitar. Just scroll down to the bottoms of the page and click on the image you see above ^^^^

You will be redirected to the One Direction Facebook Page, once the page loads you are done. :D
