Im guessing cuz a thou of people would be checking out their closet at the same time, and this Annoying Shceme Trickerly, gives the staff a break. becuase so many would be using the same server it put a lil less pressure.

When theres tons of Broadcasts that indicates heaps of peeps online, meaning the sever is slower.
